Responsibilities of Supply Teachers:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
* Create a positive and engaging classroom environment, maintaining behaviour in line with school policies
* Adapt to the routines and expectations of different schools and classrooms confidently
* Mark work and leave constructive feedback for the returning teacher where required
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils
Primary Supply Teacher Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in the UK
* Experience working as a Supply Teacher across UK primary schools
* Early Careers Teachers and experienced teachers welcome
* Strong classroom management and a flexible, positive approach
* Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
* Have an updated CV and an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
