Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate integrated digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, contact generation and pipeline growth.
* Manage SEO and PPC activity, ensuring ROI and clear performance accountability.
* Lead execution across digital channels including email, lead nurture, paid social and web.
* Drive digital best practice through ongoing testing, experimentation and optimisation.
* Manage and optimise Marketo and marketing automation workflows to support campaign delivery.
* Develop and maintain marketing attribution dashboards and reports in Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI to track MQLs, campaign performance and ROI.
* Plan and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), ensuring effective targeting and measurable outcomes.
* Collaborate with Sales to align marketing activity with pipeline goals and provide visibility into customer engagement.
* Test and refine landing pages, user journeys and conversion funnels to maximise performance.
* Maintain and optimise website content to keep it accurate, up to date, searchable and aligned with SEO best practices.
Minimum Requirements
* Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
* Strong knowledge of core digital channels, including SEO, paid media, social, email and content marketing.
* Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build reports and demonstrate ROI.
* Understanding of attribution models and marketing performance measurement.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling B2B content.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and other stakeholders to drive pipeline impact.
* Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Desirable
* Deep understanding of long, complex B2B sales cycles and how marketing can influence multiple touchpoints.
* Experience with multi‑channel attribution, marketing automation and data‑driven campaign optimisation.
* Familiarity with B2B digital marketing best practices, including content strategy, paid media, SEO and lead nurturing.
