We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Retail & Operations team at CVUK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong retail background who is looking to move into a fast‑paced, client‑facing role within a recruitment agency environment. You will play a key role in driving both delivery and business growth – partnering with existing clients while also developing new relationships and opportunities across direct‑to‑consumer markets.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes across retail and operations roles
* Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
* Proactively developing new business opportunities and building your own client portfolio
* Building and maintaining long‑term client relationships
* Sourcing, attracting, and engaging top retail talent
* Advising clients on market trends, talent insights, and hiring strategies
* Delivering against commercial targets and contributing to team growth
What We're Looking For
* Strong background in retail (essential) – you understand store environments inside out
* Previous experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous, but not essential
* Commercial mindset with a natural ability to build relationships
* Confidence in business development and client‑facing activities
* Highly driven, proactive, and results‑oriented
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
