The role
We are working with a welcoming 11–18 secondary school to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across KS3–KS5. This role involves 1:1 and small group support, helping students with SEN, SEMH, or additional learning needs access the curriculum and build confidence.

Key responsibilities
6. Support pupils with SEN, SEMH, or other additional learning needs

The ideal candidate
11. Experience working with children or young people in school, youth work, or care
12. Patient, adaptable, and nurturing
13. Confident supporting behaviour and engagement in a secondary setting
14. SEN experience is desirable but not essential
15. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
