We are looking for a Quality Conformance Engineer to play a key role in maintaining these standards and supporting their commitment to operational excellence. Role Overview An exciting opportunity has opened within the Supply Chain operations organisation for the position of a Quality Conformance Engineer based at Belfast. Responsibilities Providing guidance and delegation of tasks to Product Quality Control and Quality Assurance Engineering personnel and co-operating with other functional departments. Developing and maintaining Quality documentation and procedures. Collecting and analysing data on non-conforming products to enable corrective action to be taken. Supporting MRB/CAB activity. Preparing and maintaining Quality product, First Article Inspection Report, Inspection and MRB delegation plans. Liaising with internal and external customers with regard to Quality Assurance requirements. Arranging and controlling audit programmes, including carrying out internal and external site audits. Development and introduction of quality initiatives. Supporting training in relation to quality requirements for both internal and external customers. Candidates should have an awareness of APQP and be able to support related activities, e.g. 8D problem solving, PFMEA and Control Plan development. Required Skillset: Good interpersonal skills - ability to challenge appropriately whilst maintaining strong relationships. Data analysis skills - interpret data sets, graphical data and draw conclusions. Work well as part of an integrated team alongside operational and cross functional team members Quality or engineering-based background (desirable) within a major manufacturing industry.
