JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor
LOCATION: Tyne and Wear
PQE: 5+
SALARY: Up to GBP 40,000 DOE
OVERVIEW:
- As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of family care matters, including child protection, adoption and domestic violence cases.
- You will represent clients in court proceedings, provide legal advice and support, and work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for families and children.
- Applications are open to qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years experience in family law and a solid understanding of family care law and procedures.
- The ideal Legal Professional will hold a Membership of the Law Societys Children Panel.
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
