Job Description

Purpose of the role

To develop and manage the success of specific financial products and services, providing in-depth expertise on a particular product line, bridging the gap between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service.

Accountabilities

* Provision of SME expertise on specific products and services to customers and colleagues, including features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks and compliance.
* Identification of market trends, new features, regulatory requirements and potential risks, and analysis of data obtained from sales figures and, customer feedback, to support the product development process, and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders to improve product offerings.
* Response to customer inquiries, resolution of issues, and provision of guidance on product usage.  .
* Presentation of the advantages and features of the product to potential customers, building trust and encouraging adoption.
* Assistance with the development and execution of marketing materials for the product, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
* Participation in training sessions and workshops to share product knowledge and expertise with colleagues and other stakeholders.
* Participation in events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to showcase the product and generate interest.

* Guide and persuade team members and communicate complex / sensitive information.
* Act as contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, while building a network of contacts outside team and external to the organisation.

Join us as an Execution Support Analyst in our Private Bank & Wealth Management team in the Isle of Man.

The Execution Support Team are responsible for an execution only (ExO) service to our PB CD Business, liaising with external clients and internal stakeholders.

Provide 'world class' ExO service inline with desk procedures and regulatory requirements to our internal and external clients, ensuring a right first-time approach. Whilst the primary aspect of this role is ExO the candidate must be able to satisfy all other aspects of the workloads outside of ExO.

What you will be doing:

* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an accurate and professional level of trade capture
* You will service internal and external clients and is expected to show a strong level of guidance and expertise to support high value and sophisticated client needs
* You will collaborate across the business to achieve business and financial goals
* Support other team members in day-to-day tasks and take a flexible working approach to enable success
* Operational excellence and Control and Governance adherence is essential, in addition to a strong sense of Risk Management and compliance with policy and procedures set out for the team
* Contributing to an improved risk framework and efficient practices is key to the role
* An awareness of best execution is imperative to comply with regulation which requires candidate to be market/rate aware at all times

Essential Criteria:

* Strong experience with excel – creating/analysing large data sets
* Strong sense of risk management and compliance with policy and procedures
* Previous client facing experience

Desirable Criteria:

* Previous experience working within financial services
* Excellent attention to detail
* Previous experience using Avaloq

This role is based in Isle of Man.
