Responsibilities
Lead a small team of digital specialists, helping them prioritise work and deliver strong results across paid and owned channels. Own the performance of websites and digital channels in your business area, using data to drive optimisation and growth. Work closely with senior stakeholders to connect digital activity to commercial goals like pipeline, revenue and return on spend. Share clear, regular performance updates, explaining what the numbers mean and how changes are improving results.
Qualifications
You're someone who loves seeing digital marketing make a real commercial difference. You enjoy being close to performance, using data to spot what's working and what's not, and turning that into clear action. You're comfortable leading people, influencing stakeholders, and working in a fast‑moving environment where priorities can shift. Experience shaping digital marketing strategies in a business‑to‑business software environment. Confidence working in agile ways, such as test and learn, prioritisation and iterative delivery. Strong understanding of search marketing, including paid search, organic search and website performance. Strong commercial acumen and influencing senior stakeholders using data and insight. Strong hands‑on experience driving digital performance and getting the best return from budgets, channels and teams.
