About the Role : We are proud to present an opportunity with a company where delivering outstanding customer experiences and industry-leading vehicles is at the heart of everything they do. We’re looking for a driven and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to support our sales leadership team and help maximise performance across our used car department. The Role As Used Car Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, coaching the sales team, and ensuring compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with the General Sales Manager to maximise profitability and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Support the management and development of the sales team to achieve and exceed targets Drive the profitable sale of vehicles, finance, insurance products, and add-ons Coach and enforce the Simpsons Sales Process across the team Ensure all deals are structured in line with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) guidelines Manage and follow up all customer enquiries, including test drives and hot leads within 2 hours Maintain full compliance with FCA regulations and ensure audit readiness at all times Oversee finance proposals and ensure adherence to the Consumer Credit Act 1974 Support the Skoda Finance Renewals Programme to achieve targets Maintain strong relationships with finance partners and brand representatives Deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand standards Deputise for the General Sales Manager when required Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm Sunday: 11:00am – 4:00pm Weekend working on a rota basis What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally in a supervisory or management role Strong understanding of finance and insurance (F&I) products Knowledge of FCA compliance and regulatory requirements Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset Highly organised with attention to detail Passion for delivering outstanding customer service What We Offer: £35,000 basic salary bonus of £32,800 bring the OTE to £67,800 Company car scheme Ongoing training and development with Skoda Career progression opportunities Supportive and professional working environment If you’re interested in this opportunity, please feel free to apply by sending us your CV - we’d love to hear from you!
