Reporting to the Credit Manager Key responsibilities will include: Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments. Communicate with clients to resolve outstanding invoices and payment issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit transactions. Prepare and distribute regular credit control reports to management. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment disputes efficiently.
