Senior Software Engineer - Backend
£60,000 - £80,000 roughly + bonus

What you'll be doing:
* Drive high standards of code quality, documentation, and engineering practices.
* Mentor other engineers and uplift the team's technical capabilities.
* Own technical decisions, contribute to architectural discussions, and lead by example.
* Help teams reduce technical debt, improve testing and embed security at the core of development.
* Work with modern tools and cloud technologies to build scalable, robust Back End services.
* Champion agile values and DevOps culture across cross-functional teams.
What you'll bring:
* Expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET 8, SQL, Cosmos DB, and proficiency in Azure and Kubernetes.
* A deep understanding of agile software development and engineering best practices.
