Purchase Ledger (Temp) Overview: Our Purchase ledger will be responsible for executing the overall support of our Accounts Team at our Worcestershire Head Office. Together, we can redefine what’s possible for the future of the Fire Protection Industry. What You’ll Be Doing: Dealing with all queries that come through efficiently and in a timely manner. Checking/Posting invoices with accuracy. Matching POs to Invoices. Processing Staff Expenses. Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and handling their queries. Dealing with the Non-Contract Services invoices. Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details. Reconciliating supplier statements. What You’ll Need: Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger/Finance Administrator or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. High level of organisation and able to work effectively to deadlines. Knowledge of software packages such as SAGE and Banking Software is advantageous. This is a office-based role and would require the successful Purchase Ledger to attend Monday-Friday at Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
