Ideally, you have a strong verifiable history of property maintenance or development to demonstrate the range of your abilities. You have experience working with young people in an educational setting, and ideally hold Level 4 in Teaching and Learning (Cert Ed), although NQT status will be considered.

Ideally you are conversant with current legislation relating to the safeguarding of children and young people in an educational setting, have experience working with potentially challenging learners or learners with specific needs, and are proficient in using learner management systems and processes. You are willing to undertake continuous professional development to maintain high standards of support and guidance.

You should be comfortable using computer systems, especially Microsoft software, and a strong team player who can communicate well with others, demonstrate respect for and support towards peers, and thrive in a busy working environment. You have a resilient, “can‑do” attitude to challenges.
