You’ll be part of a supportive team environment. Social workers, OTs, nurses, and managers all work side by side to make sure discharges run smoothly. Everyone’s working towards the same goal — safe transitions that set people up for success at home or in the community.
We’ll support you throughout your placement with regular check-ins, straightforward payroll, and a service that social workers consistently recommend. Our job is to take care of the details so you can focus on the work that matters.
