We are recruiting for a forward-thinking, innovative manufacturer, one of Europe’s premier wholesalers based in the heart of South Manchester.
Responsibilities include:
1. Acting as a focal ambassador to the business, you shall be trained in all elements of their products and services, giving customers advise on product lines to ensure that they order the right product for their wholesale need
2. Booking couriers and chasing lost deliveries
3. Processing orders on to the in-house system
4. Helping with web chat and back-end web queries
5. Working closely with warehouse and other teams to ensure customers orders are manufactured and despatched to tight deadlines
6. Undertaking all other administrative and customer care duties in a timely manner
Essentials:
7. The ideal candidate will have passion for delivering outstanding customer care and put customers at the heart of what they do
8. Have excellent organisational and time management skills
