Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant – Bury, BL9 | Full-time | from £25,000 basic + uncapped commission
Responsibilities
* Building strong relationships with schools and education professionals across Greater Manchester.
* Learning how to manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing candidates to placing them in roles.
* Gaining in-depth knowledge of the education sector and compliance requirements.
* Growing and managing your own desk with support from experienced recruiters.
* Working towards and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

* A confident communicator with excellent people skills.
* Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
* Organised with great attention to detail.
* Previous sales, customer service, or education experience is an advantage - but not essential!
