We are looking for a skilled GenAI Engineer to build generative AI solutions on Azure Databricks. Candidates should have experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning, and be skilled with Mosaic AI, MLFlow and rest of the Databricks ecosystem such as Genie, Databricks One, and Unity Catalog (UC) Business semantics.

* Design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade analytics solutions based on Azure and Databricks technologies
* Evangelise and evolve best practices for our clients and our team including to mentor your colleagues, supporting their personal development
* Constantly developing technical skills in the latest Azure and Databricks technologies - achieving & maintaining relevant certifications
* Working directly with high profile clients across a variety of sectors to understand their requirements and present solutions to customer sponsors
Job Qualifications
* Proven experience with Databricks, including Unity Catalog, MLflow, Mosaic AI and Delta Live Tables.
* Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt tuning.
* Experience with vector databases and embedding models.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD pipelines.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
You'll stand out if you also meet any of the following
* You are good at prototyping and experimenting with emerging technologies to assess feasibility and impact.
* Experience with LangChain, Databricks Mosaic AI, or similar frameworks.
* Knowledge of data governance and security in enterprise environments.
* Experience deploying GenAI solutions in production environments.
* You are familiar with core agent communication protocols, including MCP or A2A.
* You are a person who loves to stay current with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI frameworks.
* Bachelor's in computer science, data science, or a related field
* Minimum of one year of proven experience developing GenAI/Agentic AI solutions using Databricks ecosystem.
