Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:

* Knowledge of the software development V-model life-cycle.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Self-motivated and capable of using initiative.
* Strong organizational skills, good time management, and prioritization abilities.
* A methodical approach to work, with attention to detail and strong logic and reasoning skills.
* A willingness to learn new languages, skills, and techniques.
* Desirable qualifications include:
* A degree in software engineering or a related/relevant subject.
* Chartership as an Engineer and membership in the IEEE or BCS.
* Experience in at least one of the following markets: aerospace, transport, defence, rail, automotive.
* Knowledge and experience in static analysis techniques.
Responsibilities:
* As a software engineer on our High Integrity Software team, you will work on safety-related and critical applications across sectors like Aerospace, Defence, Rail, Automotive, and Energy. Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing software for critical national infrastructure applications.
* Collaborating with a diverse team of experienced engineers to meet our customers’ high expectations.
* Engaging in a range of projects from consultancy roles to large-scale in-house software development.
* Utilizing and enhancing your skills while receiving relevant training and mentoring on high-value projects.
