Corporate Strategy Manager

The Role
We are looking for a high‑calibre Corporate Strategy Manager to help shape and articulate the future direction of a fast‑growing, ambitious business. This role sits at the heart of the organisation’s strategic agenda, owning the integration of organic growth initiatives and M&A (inorganic) strategy into one cohesive, evolving narrative.
You will play a critical role in developing a clear, compelling view of how the organisation grows, scales, and creates value — both internally and externally. This narrative will underpin conversations with investors, venture partners, acquisition targets, and capital markets stakeholders, as well as guiding senior leaders internally.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining rigorous corporate strategy thinking with storytelling, operating close to senior leadership, and influencing decisions that shape the long‑term trajectory of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop a living corporate strategy narrative that integrates organic and inorganic growth plans.
* Articulate how the organisation evolves as a combined entity following acquisitions, including implications for business logistics, operating models, and corporate design.
* Build clear, structured materials that explain why strategic decisions make sense within the wider corporate and market landscape.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to shape corporate model design, growth priorities, and long‑term strategic direction.
* Support external‑facing strategic communications with:
* Investors and potential investors
* Venture and strategic partners
* Acquisition targets
* Analysts and capital markets stakeholders
* Act as a thought partner to leadership on portfolio strategy, growth opportunities, and market positioning.
