At Innovare, we’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to help deliver into a global RPO partnership, alongside retained, exclusive work across the UK and US, and scale our boutique Recruitment Agency that values quality, pace, and trust.
About Innovare
Innovare is a specialist AI, Software, and DevOps recruitment partner, supporting VC-backed start-ups and enterprise AI teams across the UK and US. You’ll play a hands-on role shaping our processes, culture, and growth as we scale.
What You’ll Do
* Manage the full recruitment cycle across permanent and contract roles, starting with delivery, then progressing into business development.
* Source and engage top-tier candidates through proactive search, referrals, and content-led outreach.
* Run interviews, offers, and onboarding with a consultative, data-driven approach.
* Build relationships with hiring managers across the UK and the US, including delivery to an RPO and a Fortune 100 client.
* Track and share market insights across AI, Data, and Software to become a go-to expert in your niche.
* Hit activity and CV-to-interview KPIs that drive consistent placements and repeat business.
* Each week, you will work three days 9am to 6pm, and two days 12-8pm
What You’ll Bring
* 9–36 months’ experience in technology recruitment, a quality-focused sector, or professional sales.
* Proven resilience, coachability, and ambition.
* Strong communication skills, you write clearly, build rapport easily, and influence with integrity.
* Confidence with outbound engagement, in particular on calls, video, and tailored written outreach.
* Curious to learn, take feedback, and own results in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
