The Role
* Managing a high-volume and varied caseload of good quality residential property instructions to include sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages of both registered and unregistered land
* Meeting multiple tight deadlines, and delivering a consistently high standard of client care
* Helping to manage the team in the absence of the Head of Department.
Skills Required
* 5+ years experience within residential property
* Applications welcomed from both solicitors and ILEX
* Self-motivated and highly organised
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Strong communication and IT skills are essential.
* Previous supervisory or management experience would be advantageous.
