What you will do
This is an autonomous role within the Fire Service team for an experienced and commercially driven fire systems engineer. You will focus on delivering additional chargeable revenue from our existing customer base by identifying deficiencies to BS/FIA standards, upgrade opportunities, providing quotes, and implementing solutions on customer sites. You will also carry out take-overs in the region, ensuring sites and systems are onboarded in a compliant state. Opportunities will also be passed to you from within the fire team. This role is not sales-focused but emphasizes building relationships and increasing service revenue.

How you will do it
* Provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed expectations for both internal and external clients.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
* Service the appropriate systems safely and responsibly, avoiding injuries, property damage, and material loss.
* Manage your time efficiently and prioritize jobs correctly.
* Accurately complete engineer work reports, handover certificates, BSIA certificates, or checklists as appropriate.
* Identify deficiencies and recommend solutions to end users, including proactive service recommendations.
