Commercial Estimator - Landscaping
Location: Ballyclare, BT39 0RA
Salary: £42,500 - £47,500 + Car Allowance
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 9-5
Contract: Permanent

Our Client, a reputable company specialising in landscaping projects, is hiring for a Commercial Estimator to join their team in Ballyclare. What you'll be doing:
* Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications for soft landscaping works
* Prepare detailed cost estimates covering materials, labour, plant, and subcontractors
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive quotations
* Conduct site visits to assess project scope and potential risks
* Evaluate project commercial viability and identify cost-saving opportunities
* Collaborate with the Commercial Director, Contracts Managers, and Design Teams
* Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings with clients and stakeholders
* Support the handover process of successful tenders to the delivery team
* Maintain accurate records of tenders and prepare reports for senior management
