A high-growth financial technology firm is looking for a Client Delivery Manager to lead complex client implementations across its market-leading investment data platform.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end client delivery, managing multiple implementations from initiation through to business-as-usual.
Working closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring successful delivery, driving progress, and building strong long-term relationships.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead complex, multi-stream client implementations
* Drive delivery timelines, resolving blockers and risks proactively
* Manage scope and enforce structured change management
* Build and maintain detailed project and programme plans
* Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
* Run stand-ups and governance meetings with internal and client stakeholders
* Track delivery using tools such as JIRA, RAID logs, and project systems
* Manage resources, budgets, and delivery coverage
* Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
* Support clients through implementation and onboarding of investment technology solutions
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years’ experience in Project or Delivery Management
* Experience working with buy-side firms or investment management clients
* Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle
* Experience delivering ABOR and/or IBOR implementations (highly desirable)
* Solid knowledge of financial products and data
* Experience working in Agile environments
* Background in financial services, fintech, or investment platforms
