This well-established home supports up to 36 residents and offers permanent residential care, respite care and day care within a welcoming, homely environment. With a smaller resident group, the focus is always on delivering genuinely person-centred care where every individual is known, respected and valued. We are now seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to work a mixture of day and night shifts as part of a supportive and stable team. Why This Role Stands Out As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will: Act as the senior member of staff on duty across day and night shifts Lead and support care staff with confidence and compassion Deliver high-quality, person-centred residential care Provide reassurance and clinical oversight during night shifts Build meaningful relationships with residents and families Promote dignity, choice and independence at all times With a smaller home environment, you’ll be able to focus on relationship-led care rather than task-based routines.
