1. Position: Customer Relations Executive
2. Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 plus KPI based monthly bonus
3. Location: Portslade, office based initially
4. Hours: 37.5 hours a week between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday plus one Saturday per month. Bank Holidays are working days.

A role for an experienced Customer Relations Executive has become available due to internal progression and continued growth. This is a busy and fast paced customer experience team, supporting customers over the phone, via email and live chat in an office based environment where you’ll be focused on handling customer queries, complaints and aftercare cases. You will manage multiple cases at any one time, liaising with internal teams and customers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. The product is technical, requiring strong attention to detail, clear communication and excellent organisation.
This Customer Relations Executive role involves:
6. Acting as the main point of contact for customers following installation
7. Managing customer queries, concerns and complaints from start to resolution
8. Handling a high volume of cases simultaneously, prioritising effectively
9. Coordinating service visits and follow up appointments
10. Liaising with internal departments to resolve technical or service issues
11. Updating CRM systems with accurate case notes and outcomes
12. Responding to customer feedback and written correspondence professionally
13. Meeting service levels and KPI targets within the customer relations function
Skills & experience required:
14. Previous customer relations or complaints handling experience
15. Strong written and verbal communication skills
16. Confident managing sensitive or complex customer situations
17. Ability to multitask and manage 20+ active cases effectively
18. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
19. Comfortable working in a fast-paced office based environment
Salary, hours and company benefits:
20. £27,000 – £30,000 basic salary plus monthly bonus scheme
21. Monday to Friday between 9am – 6pm (37.5 hours per week), one Saturday per month on a rota basis (9am – 3pm) paid overtime or time in lieu
