Essential Ingredients Were looking for graduates with potentialengineers who want to grow fast, think big, and make a real impact.
Youll need:
A 2:1 honours degreein Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics or a closely related discipline
Ideally, a one-year industrial placement
Were also open to candidates in their second role post-graduation
Resilience and ambitionthis is a fast-paced operational environment
Geographical mobilityrotations may take you across the UK
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Great analytical and problem-solving capability
A curious, proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
Confidence to take initiative and thrive both independently and in a team
Full UK Driving license
