What the Job Involves This role involves first-line supervisory management of approximately 180 Passenger Assistants, alongside three other Passenger Assistant Supervisors. Responsibilities include monitoring the performance and safety of passenger assistants, offering advice and support to staff, and developing solutions to minimize risks according to Health and Safety risk assessments and safe systems of work. You may also occasionally perform the duties of a Passenger Assistant.
