Location: Boots Eastbourne. Contract Type: Maternity cover. Report To: Area Sales Manager. Number of days/hours per week: 30 hours (5 days or 4 days depending on schedule).

* A proven track record in a sales-based role where exceeding goals and delivering standout customer experiences is expected.
* Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, leaders, and retail partners to create a united, high-performing team.
* Collaborate with store teams to drive sales and enhance customer engagement, ensuring a premium Bare Minerals experience.
* Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, take initiative, and respond to challenges with resilience.
* Apply artistry skills to beauty demonstrations and customer consultations with precision and care (formal qualification desirable).
* Mentor and coach others, contributing to talent development within the team.
* Adapt to the retail calendar, including weekends, late nights, and bank holidays, with energy and enthusiasm.
