Job Description
As Media Insight Analyst, you will…
* Analyse campaign performance across paid and organic channels to identify optimisation opportunities
* Develop and maintain cross-channel media reporting and dashboards for stakeholders
* Support A/B testing and test-and-learn programmes to improve campaign effectiveness
* Deliver insights on paid investment impact to achieve ROI improvement targets
* Collaborate with finance and digital analytics teams to ensure robust reporting and alignment
What you’ll bring…
* Proven experience in media or marketing analytics within a multi-channel environment
* Strong understanding of media metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and campaign performance drivers
* Proficiency with tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio or Power BI
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
* Experience with attribution modelling or media mix modelling (desirable)
