Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week) Location: On-site (Leicester or Newton Abbot) Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience Role Overview An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and financially minded Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant with a strong eye for quality to work on bespoke residential projects, including property adaptations, refurbishments, and new-build developments typically ranging from £30,000 to £2 million. Projects are highly individual and tailored, requiring a practical, problem-solving approach and close collaboration with clients and design teams.
