Front of House Manager | Full Time

The Role |
As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive environment for our guests and our teams. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.
About You |
* Passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and development to help them reach their potential and maintaining high standards.
* Experienced in managing and planning shifts to ensure proper coverage and enjoy working with and coaching your team on the go.
* Knowledgeable in managing labour, rotas, and understanding the financial performance of your restaurant.
* Loves to celebrate success with your team, recognizing individual drives and needs.
