Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities
* Deliver budgeted sales and create a customer‑centric culture to exceed expectations.
* Maintain strong Host Store and concession relationships.
* Lead, coach, and build client relationships while motivating teams to excel in sales and customer experience.
* Develop and schedule staff plans to ensure maximum floor coverage in core hours.
* Ensure staff presentation meets high standards and follows model‑store guidelines.
* Train, coach, and develop the team to forge and maintain client relationships.
* Monitor test‑shop results, CRM, and create service action plans.
* Recruit new team members in line with recruitment policy.
* Communicate KPIs and manage performance through reviews.
* Own daily hygiene ceremony and ensure opening/closing standards are met.
* Achieve sales, mystery shopper, productivity, retention, labour turnover, and payroll targets.
* Meet event and client‑book sales targets, including a 10% increase target.
Qualifications
* Senior Manager experience within a high‑turnover business.
* Experience managing large teams and P&L accountability.
* Proven ability to drive performance through people.
* Excellent at building internal and external relationships.
* Background with a fashion‑forward footwear, access‑ory, or fashion brand – luxury experience preferred.
* Representative of our luxury/fashion brand in all aspects.
