* Liaising with internal teams to ensure vehicles meet customer requirements.
* Assisting with customer specification and lead time queries.
* Contacting customers to arrange deliveries.
* Checking and reconciling manufacturer support payments on new registrations.
* Maintaining accurate records and administration throughout.
About You

* Proven background in a busy administrative role with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
* Computer literate, with solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and Outlook).
* Highly organised, able to prioritise workload, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
* A positive, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Enthusiasm and determination to succeed are just as important as industry knowledge.
Why Join Us?
* Be part of an award-winning, industry-leading fleet team.
