Position: Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team
Location: Exeter
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Permanent | Term-time + 10 days (40 weeks)
Salary: From approx. £25,000 per annum full-time equivalent. Actual salary for 40 weeks is £23,300.
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)

About the Role
We seek a proactive, highly organized Personal Assistant to support our dynamic Leadership Team. This fast-paced, varied role offers diverse daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage diaries, meetings, and key deadlines for some members of the Senior Leadership Team
* Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing agendas and minutes
* Create reports and presentation materials
* Liaise with parents and escalate queries appropriately
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong communication abilities (in person and on the phone)
* Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
* Confident using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneNote, Excel)
* A team player with a “get the job done” attitude
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
