1. Starting salary of £32,000 per annum (higher bandings if manufacturer accredited)
2. Progression pathways with increase for manufacturer qualifications
3. Potential total earnings of £45,000 with uncapped bonus earnings averaging £10,000 to £12,000 per year
4. Uncapped bonus scheme rewarding your productivity and expertise
5. Monday to Friday working week plus Saturday morning rota
6. Ongoing training and career development through manufacturer courses

Duties as a Vehicle Technician will include:
8. Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and guidelines
9. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to identify wear, damage or necessary replacements
10. Provide expert technical advice to customers, ensuring clear and professional communication
11. Maintain excellent customer service standards to foster trust and encourage repeat business
12. Collaborate closely with the service reception team and workshop control for smooth operation
13. Support fellow Technicians by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex repairs
14. Keep accurate service records and complete all work within set timeframes
Requirements that the Vehicle Technician will need:
15. NVQ Level 3 qualified Technician is essentialf
16. Proven experience in a fast-paced workshop environment
17. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
18. Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
19. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
20. Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
