Role Description
The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations within the Slough branch and work to achieve sales objectives. This includes managing staff, driving business performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting key performance targets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and motivating the team, maintaining client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth. As the leader of the branch, the Branch Manager will also monitor market trends and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Slough.
Qualifications
* Experience in team management, coaching, and staff development
* Proficiency in real estate sales processes and strategies, including market analysis
* Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets in a competitive sales environment
* Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office and CRM tools
* Knowledge of property regulations and compliance practices
* Experience in the estate agency or property management industry is preferred
