About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to join our growing team, leading growth across Wholesale, Out of Home (OOH), and Foodservice channels.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, spotting opportunities, and making things happen in‑market. You’ll work across an exciting portfolio of purpose‑led, high‑growth FMCG brands, including Faith In Nature (B Corp, sustainability pioneer), Cuzena, Teffie, and more.
You’ll take ownership of key customer relationships, drive commercial performance, and play a central role in expanding distribution and visibility across the UK.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Managing and growing relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and foodservice operators
* Driving commercial performance across a portfolio of FMCG brands
* Owning elements of forecasting, reporting, and customer planning
* Identifying opportunities to increase distribution, visibility, and rate of sale
* Planning and executing promotions, activations, and in‑market initiatives
* Working cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and logistics to deliver best‑in‑class execution
* Visiting customer sites regularly to support activations, ensure compliance, and act as a brand ambassador in‑market
* Supporting new business development, range reviews, and customer pitches
* Contributing to channel strategy and identifying new routes to market within OOH and foodservice
What Success Looks Like (First 6 - 12 Months)
* Increased distribution across key wholesale and foodservice partners
* Stronger rate of sale within existing accounts
* High‑quality, consistent in‑market execution across activations and promotions
* Trusted, proactive relationships with key buyers and partners
* Clear identification and conversion of new business opportunities
About You
* 2 - 4+ years’ experience in Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles within FMCG, foodservice, or OOH
* Proven experience managing foodservice, wholesale, or OOH customers
* Commercially minded, confident owning promotional plans and customer relationships
* Comfortable working with sales data and insights to inform decisions
* A natural relationship builder - warm, credible, and collaborative
* Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive
* Hands‑on with a “get it done” mindset
* Full UK driving licence preferred
