What the Job Involves In this role, you will lead a team to manage and oversee the operations of a children's respite home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing outstanding quality of care. You will be responsible for the complete strategic and operational management of the home, aiming to understand and address the complex needs of its residents. The role requires effective leadership and management to ensure compliance with The Regulated Services (Service Providers and Responsible Individuals) (Wales) Regulations 2017. You will coordinate with multi-professional teams, manage resources efficiently, and develop a model of care that promotes children and young people's well-being. The position demands some out-of-hours work and participation in a management on-call rota.
