As a member of our People Consulting team, you will:
* Contribute to workstreams across complex financial services engagements.
* Develop innovative learning strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.
* Manage stakeholder relationships and build trusted client partnerships.
* Identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and support business development.
* Oversee operational aspects and risk management of client engagements.
* Support strategic goals and initiatives within the team and firm.
With a focus on learning, you will:
* Advise on and develop future learning functions.
* Create learning strategies based on skills requirements and technologies.
* Design, develop, and deploy impactful learning assets (digital and non-digital).
* Drive organizational performance through learning analytics and strategic change.
* Lead proposals, solutions, and presentations for client acquisition.
* Contribute to expanding learning offerings and practice development.
* Ensure market-leading, relevant solutions and thought leadership.

To qualify for this role, you must have:
* Core consulting experience from a professional services firm, consultancy, or in-house role with large-scale programmes.
* Experience in change and transformation programmes with a learning focus.
* Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders to produce high-quality outputs.
* Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
Ideally, you'll also have:
* Experience in financial services: banking, insurance, wealth, or asset management.
* Relevant degree or professional qualifications.
