Key responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring and developing the nursing team Ensuring exceptional standards of patient care and client experience Overseeing nurse clinics, inpatient care and theatre standards Driving full utilisation of nursing skills, including Schedule 3 procedures Supporting student nurses and clinical coaching Helping shape practice culture, workflows and clinical standards Hours & Work Pattern Full-time: 40 hours per week (average 39 hours) 4 x 9-hour shifts 1 in 4 weekend rota Participation in nurse care night rota (accommodation provided when required) Flexible working options considered The Practice & Team You will be part of a modern, purpose-built veterinary surgery designed to support both patient care and team wellbeing.
