Overview of your organisation
We are a multi-site operator with a large supportive admin team comprising of Group Manager, Practice Manager, assistant manager, administrators, 7 reception supervisors and 3 GP leads.
* We are looking for an experienced General Practice Manager to join our robust management team.
* Main duties will include: training of the staff, compliance work for CQC, ICB, and such like, to keep us ready at any point for any inspection whether that is compliance check from the ICB to CQC inspection.
* We are looking to grow our list size, we will need your input with marketing and social media postings.
* We need someone who is willing to help our other PMs within commutable distance as the need arises
· Essential criteria
· Experience as a Practice Manager in a GP surgery or similar healthcare setting Experience managing finances, NHS claims (e.g., QOF, Enhanced Services), and budgets Familiarity with CQC compliance, policy management, and inspection preparation Experience using clinical systems (e.g., EMIS, Docman) and Microsoft Office
Salary: 40 – 50k
Full time 40 hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
Work Location: In person
