Our Forecast & Supply Management function is crucial, linking the Supply Chain with the wider business—driving performance, enabling commercial success, and ensuring customers receive their devices on time. You will be part of a centralized supply chain team in Milton Keynes, collaborating with internal stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and commercial teams, as well as external suppliers. The role offers broad exposure across product portfolios, stakeholder engagement, and opportunities for skill development and career progression. You will play a key role in delivering customer satisfaction by ensuring product availability across EE & BT’s device range. Key responsibilities include: Managing weekly collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment calls with vendors, including delivery slot negotiations. Managing product portfolios through the IBP process, including creating/amending POs in SAP and ASC. Ensuring data accuracy in IMEI files. Coordinating order confirmations and resolving delivery issues with OEMs and warehouses. Maintaining target stock levels based on product characteristics. Supporting commercial, accounts payable, deployment, pricing, and other teams. Leading invoice resolution calls, supplier forums, pricing meetings, and business continuity planning. Monitoring vendor performance via OTIF reporting and quarterly reviews. Implementing new initiatives, suppliers, and process improvements, including embedding EDI for suppliers. Skills and experience required: Excellent interpersonal, relationship, and influencing skills. Strong planning and organizational skills. Proven experience in supply planning, preferably in FMCG or similar environments. Degree-level education (preferred). Understanding of the UK mobile sector. Knowledge of SAP and ASC (beneficial). Supply Chain Planning experience. CIPS qualification (a bonus).
