Head of Legal - UK / HarKaye Core Talent
This role is for a solicitor who believes that private client work is about people, not just paperwork.
An established UK law firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to focus on matters involving vulnerable clients, including those who lack capacity or need additional protection.
The work you’ll do matters.
You’ll support individuals and families at some of the most difficult points in their lives — helping to protect wishes, dignity and financial security through statutory Wills, deputyship applications, Court of Protection matters and specialist trusts (including personal injury trusts).
You’ll work with care, sensitivity and clarity, ensuring clients and their families feel supported, heard and safe.

What we’re looking for:
* Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE in Private Client
* Experience advising vulnerable clients or families
* Strong technical ability, paired with empathy and patience
* Someone who takes pride in delivering thoughtful, ethical advice
