Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Business Administrator to support our Sales, Operations, and Finance teams. This pivotal role reports to the Head of Finances & Operations and requires an experienced professional to ensure efficient sales administration, smooth internal processes, and accurate financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities

1. Processing sales and purchase administration using our ERP system (EXACT).
2. Liaising with our warehouse for order status updates and tracking information.
3. Advising customers on stock availability and delivery status.
4. Organizing the distribution of hanger samples to customers.
5. Managing logistics from start to finish, including export to EU and worldwide.
6. Obtaining quotations and calculating costs for UK and international shipping.
7. Operations Administration: Assisting with scheduling, logistics, and project coordination; managing audits (HIGG, GRS, SEDEX); maintaining documentation and workflows; supporting supplier management; monitoring and improving processes.
8. Finance Administration: Processing invoices, expenses, purchase orders; bank postings; reconciling records; supporting reporting and audits.
9. Office Administration: Providing office support, health & safety compliance, and facilities management.


Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3+ years experience in office management, business administration, or operations, preferably within manufacturing or retail sectors. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Exact) is essential; experience with audit platforms (e.g., SEDEX) is highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Teams, Trello) is also advantageous.
