Job Description:
NEW GROUND WON’T BREAK ITSELF.
Every day, our teams help businesses and communities to do what is right and achieve their goals.
You will be part of the Global Compliance and Reporting Solutions (GCRS) team, helping multi-jurisdictional businesses manage compliance requirements and risks. You’ll liaise with Grant Thornton UK and Grant Thornton International member firms to ensure our clients meet their compliance obligations alongside key SLAs. GCRS acts as an extension of the client’s central team, covering tax, accounting, and payroll matters.
We support flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours and job shares, to help you balance work and life.
Role Overview
As a Global Compliance Administrator in Accounting and Tax Compliance within our GCRS team, you will:
* Lead a variety of contract management duties, ensuring a high-quality back-office support function.
* Handle invoicing queries for national and global partner teams accurately and within deadlines.
* Monitor compliance deadlines across multiple jurisdictions, owning the central dashboard for your portfolio of clients.
* Assist in preparing proposals and supporting client delivery teams with administrative tasks.
* Prepare documents for clients, ensuring timely delivery according to SLAs.
* Compile global fee information and proposal materials for new opportunities.
* Organize and attend meetings, respond to client queries, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
* Maintain regular contact with key management personnel at clients and build networks within Grant Thornton.
1. Work with growing clients, learning about new markets and establishing businesses, often being the first point of contact for urgent matters requiring high-quality advice and support.
Candidate Profile
Minimum requirements include experience in a finance or compliance environment, intermediate Excel skills, and the ability to deliver quality work on time.
You should be a confident and clear communicator. Experience with PowerPoint, Outlook, visualisation, typography, and being highly organized is advantageous. Ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload is essential.
