The Role:
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for delivering expert insurance support across a variety of commercial products. Working closely with Account Managers and Agents, your duties will include:
* Managing renewals and placement of new business
* Day-to-day account handling and client liaison
* Overseeing your own book of commercial clients and conducting renewal reviews
* Identifying opportunities to protect client interests and enhance coverage
The Person:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance
* Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive service approach
* Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
* Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable across digital platforms
