About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Customer Success Executive who’s passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and shaping the future of property finance. You’ll be the go-to partner for our clients helping them onboard, adopt our product, and uncover new opportunities to grow with us. If you’ve got 1-3 years of experience in the property finance industry and love working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
* Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding journey and set them up for long-term success.
* Champion product adoption and make sure our clients are getting the most out of the platform.
* Own the full account lifecycle from renewals to upselling.
* Build strong relationships with brokers, lenders, and industry stakeholders.
* Be the voice of the customer internally, passing feedback to the product team to shape new features.
* Get out in the field with onsite visits, delivering training and strengthening partnerships.
* Stay sharp on both our product and property finance trends, becoming a trusted expert for clients.
What You Bring
* 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles within the property finance space.
* A track record of smashing goals in renewals, upsells, and relationship management.
* Strong communication and presentation skills you know how to connect with people.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and onsite sessions across the UK.
