Therole
Working on a close one to onebasis with our MD and working alongside other colleagues the aim ofthe role is to provide financial administration activities tosupport the needs of the business.
The dutieswill involve carrying out all bookkeeping and financial dutiesincluding:
o Accountsreconciliation.
o Recording and reconcilingcommission receipts.
o Accountspayable.
o Contract renewals.
o Business banking.
o Recording andpaying expenses.
o One off purchaseinvoices.
o Maintaining financial office filingand reporting systems.
EssentialSkills
* At least twoyears experience gained working in finance ideally within a smallcompany.
* Able to commit toregular office based parttimehours.
* Strong IT skillsand able to use Office Microsoft packagescompetently.
* Keenattention to detail with a methodicalapproach.
* Well organisedtask orientated and able to coordinate a range ofactivities.
* Able to workclosely with our MD in a very structured and ordered environment.
* Collaborating with the MDto learn the ropes andsystems.
* Collaboratingclosely with the MD to redesign/upgradeprocedures/systems.
* Ableto follow specific instructions to ensure all tasks are completedas they should be an in a timelymanner.
* Like working aspart of a small team.
* Loveachieving and getting stuffdone.
