The General Manager is a commercially driven, customer-focused individual responsible for delivering strategic business objectives and achieving strong commercial returns. This is a unique, multi-faceted role overseeing operations across the full spectrum of hotel functionsincluding hospitality, fitness, food & beverage, and guest services. The General Manager plays a key role in embedding a culture of quality, value, and service excellence while ensuring brand consistency and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver strategic and commercial goals across all areas of the business
Champion quality, value, and consistency in service delivery
Build an engaged and motivated team through development, reward, and recognition
Drive guest satisfaction scores, audit performance, and team engagement
Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and brand awareness
Lead recruitment, development, and succession planning for all departments
Use KPIs to identify underperformance and implement improvement plans
